Residents are being reminded an emergency services exercise is taking place in Douglas tonight.
South Quay between Millenium Bridge and the Battery Pier will be shut between 6.30pm and 9pm whilst the simulated joint emergency services scenario is carried out.
Authorities have stated there will be blue lights, sirens and multiple agencies in attendance but it's nothing anyone should be concerned about.
The constabulary took to social media this week to issue the update.
