The founder of the Eden Project will visit the Island later this month for a two day event.
Sir Tim Smit will join representatives from the North West to explore economic opportunities for the Island through its cultural and business links with the North of England.
The event takes place on March 30 and 31, and is a joint initiative by the IOM Chamber of Commerce and the Northern Powerhouse Partnership.
Sir Tim will discuss plans for the expansion of the Eden Project in Morecambe, which Chief Minister Alf Cannan says will allow us to understand what mutual benefits can be achieved.
