A drug dealer who was jailed for 20 years for leading a gang who smuggled tens of thousands of pound of cocaine and cannabis to the Island has been told he can't appeal against a confiscation order.
Kyle Molyneux had asked permission to appeal to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council after he was ordered to repay £65,000 of his criminal gains - or face another 21 months in prison.
But Judge of Appeal Cross and Acting Deemster Cope said his application failed to identify any arguable point of law.
They refused the application for leave.
