Dozens of people turned out yesterday for a protest calling for cleaner sea on the west coast of the Isle of Man.
It was held on Peel promenade and follows an online petition calling for the Manx government "to stop dumping waste into Isle of Man waters".
So far, it's been signed by almost 2,000 people.
The petition was launched by the owners of Roots By The Sea, a cafe based in Peel.
It outlines two areas of concern- that "raw sewage is being pumped into Peel Bay" and that "toxic chemicals are being pumped in to the River Neb".
Plans for a new sewage treatment plant near Peel were withdrawn last year after an independent planning inspector recommended they be refused.
It was planned for Glenfaba Road and was part of the government's regional strategy for sewage treatment.
