A house in Douglas could soon play host to a charity shop, if a planning application is successful.
Madelaine Teare of Fort Anne in Douglas has applied for permission to transform a property on Woodbourne Road.
The proposals would see the ground floor turned into a charity shop and medical office.
The building which is the subject of the application lies within the Douglas Conservation Area.
