Police are investigating after thieves stole fuel from a Department of Infrastructure compound.
The incident happened at Glen Duff depot in Lezayre on Tuesday, September 19, when three vehicles had their fuel caps forced and diesel drained from tanks.
All three trucks had to be taken off the road while they were repaired, which delayed work around the Island.
Ramsey police are urging the public to report any suspicious activity, and to make sure their fuel tanks are secure.
If you have any more information, you're being asked to contact Ramsey police station.
