The Department for Enterprise didn't receive any direct complaints about the live music at last year's TT Fan Park.
A Freedom of Information request reveals the department was advised by Douglas Borough Council that it had received 'an unspecified number of complaints,' but received none directly.
It comes as the decision has been made this year to scrap live music in the area after 9pm, to 'reduce the impact on surrounding residents.'
Instead of live bands, there will be lower volume music including live DJ sets.
