An Island dentist has had conditions placed on his practice after his fitness to practice was found to be impaired.
Ian Rigby appeared before the General Dental Council's professional conduct committee over 11 alleged failings, including not discussing treatment options with a patient in 2017.
The hearing was told the patient was diabetic, but Mr Rigby hadn't discussed risks and benefits of their treatment.
After finding against him on six misconduct counts, the GDC imposed conditions on Mr Rigby for 18 months.
