The government wants to further develop its work towards water quality standards on the Island.
The Department of Environment, Food & Agriculture wants to link up with an organisation to work together on providing more protection for waters at inland, coastal and sea areas.
DEFA added it's looking at creating strategies to bring in bathing water standards and a further one to put these measures in keeping with EU directives.
It's inviting expressions of interest from appropriate parties until Noon on July 1.
