Garff commissioners will decide on whether to allow a mobile food van to trade in Laxey this evening.
Earlier this year, Pasta Mie applied for a trading licence for its pop-up mobile pasta business.
However, board members said they were worried it might impact on the village's existing food outlets.
They're due to consider the matter again this evening at the local authority's Annual General Meeting.
