Over 500 homeowners have registered their properties for tourist accommodation so far this year.
The scheme enables visitors to rent out a room or a house while they are on the Island for the TT or Manx Grand Prix.
Angela Byrne from Isle of Man Tourism said you can earn some extra cash by putting residents up.
Registration closes on Monday.
