The chief executive of the Department of Community, Culture and Leisure is moving departments.
Nick Black has been appointed to take up the same role in the
Department of Infrastructure.
He will replace Ian Thompson who is retiring.
Four candidates went for the position. No replacement for Mr
Black has yet been announced.
Infrastructure Minister David Cretney says he believes his
