Police are appealing for witnesses after an incident in Douglas which involved a near miss at a zebra crossing and abusive behaviour.
On Saturday afternoon, at around 3:30PM, a car narrowly missed a man and woman when speeding through a crossing.
The driver also shouted abuse out of the window at the pair behind the Strand Shopping Centre.
A 26 year old man was arrested and released on bail without charge.
Any witnesses are urged to contact the Police.
