Police are advising people to avoid a busy road in Onchan.
They say the emergency services are dealing with a crash on Whitebridge Road.
The route is shut between Windermere Drive and the Creg Ny Baa back road.
Buses are being diverted around the scene.
Officers are asking motorists to use other routes and avoid the area.
