The Constabulary's 'Operation Fortress' has been 'a success' and is 'here to stay.'
That's according to Police, who have been working to keep the borders safe and deter crime gangs and the importation of illegal drugs.
As part of the operation there have been increased multi-agency patrols at the Sea Terminal and Ronaldsway.
There have also been patrols at sea and at harbours and beaches, as well as the Post Office in order to track down packages containing drugs or criminal property.
Officers say they've seized a 'considerable amount' of illegal substances and cash.
