The First Community Portal is a secure emergency services channel - developed by PDMS - designed for those who may be vulnerable or experience day-to-day difficulties.
PC Mike Griffiths added that families can be safe in the knowledge that 'their loved ones are in safe hands'.
The project - launched in June - will run until December.
