A fly-tipper caught dumping waste at a Braddan beauty spot won't be prosecuted by commissioners.
At the last meeting of Braddan Commissioners, members were told someone had been caught dumping rubbish at Marine Drive after an investigation by the community warden.
They'd been identified and interviewed - but commissioners voted to charge them for the cleanup operation rather than take them to court.
They've also asked the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture to update fly-tipping laws.
