A resident in the south of the Island has expressed anger after thieves stole four garden troughs.
Andi Barker says the items hold great sentimental value for her parents and were taken despite the family’s history of donating tools, machinery and plants to help others.
On social media, Andi says the theft is particularly upsetting as his father is very ill and seeing the loss would be heartbreaking.
The family is appealing for the return of the items by Tuesday afternoon and has warned that CCTV footage will be handed to police if they are not returned.
