Ramsey Coastguards were called to help two adults and a child whose bikes had broken down on Sunday.
They went to the scene at Sky Hill around 1:10pm to find the three very cold and needing assistance to bring them down to Crossags Lane.
They were then checked over by ambulance crews once they had reached the road.
The Ramsey team were back on station at around 3pm.
The crew released the details of the incident on social media yesterday evening.
