Douglas Coastguard says it was called out to help the Isle of Man Air Ambulance Service this morning.
A coastguard helicopter was involved in an emergency medical transfer from Noble's Hospital around 3am, Wednesday, July 22.
The patient was flown to Aintree Hospital in Merseyside.
No further details have been released at this time.
