An £8.4 million house project at Clagh Vane will be completed this year.
51 new properties will replace current public sector housing in Ballasalla - with half expected to be completed by the end of May, and the rest in Autumn.
The project will include 35 two to four bedroom houses, 14 two-bedroom apartments, and two wheelchair-friendly one-bed apartments.
Eight of the properties will also be low-energy homes.
If you're interested in applying for one of the properties, you can contact the Housing Office on 685865 or email housing@gov.im.
