Chief Minister 'in despair' at LegCo elections

The Chief Minister says he's "in despair" at the most recent round of Legislative Council elections.

MHK David Anderson, Education and Children Minister Tim Crookall, MLC Phil Braidwood and advocate Paul Beckett were all put forward.

Following four rounds of voting, none of the candidates achieved the required 13 votes.
