The Island's public health officials are asking people to avoid school and work if they're suffering from chickenpox.
On Twitter, the public health directorate says the virus is currently circulating on the Island.
It says the disease mostly affects children, although you can contract it at any age.
If you spot the telltale spots and rash, you should avoid going out in public until the spots have scabbed - usually around five days after they appear.
