An Island charity is warning gamblers that taking a punt isn’t the way to pay for Christmas.
GamCare Isle of Man says that many people are tempted to gamble over the festive season in some cases in order to try and fund it.
An affiliated partner of GamCare UK, the charity was commissioned by the Mental Health Service to provide free and confidential counselling and support to anyone affected by the problem.
