A local charity is holding a workshop on childhood anxiety as part of Mental Health Awareness Week.
Isle Listen is hosting a two hour 'taster' session for parents carers or teachers on how they can support a child or young person.
Things covered in the workshop include how is childhood anxiety different to adult anxiety and how to build a support team.
It's taking place at Ballakermeen High School at 10am on Saturday May 20 - you can book your place here.
