Revising catchment areas for primary schools in Onchan will address an imbalance in the number of reception age pupils.
That's the message from the Education and Children Minister who was quizzed on the issue in the House of Keys yesterday.
Graham Cregeen confirmed work was underway to review boundaries around Onchan Primary School and Ashley Hill:
At present there are 75 children due to start Onchan Primary and just 29 in Ashley Hill - Garff MHK Daphne Caine queried whether other schools would be affected by similar issues:
