Cancer bus to provide support for sufferers

People living with cancer in the Isle of Man are being offered advice and support onboard a travelling bus.

Macmillan Cancer’s mobile support information centre has already visited Port Erin and Ramsey this week and will be in Douglas today and tomorrow.

Onboard the bus there is a range of information about different types of cancer and the help available.

Michael Lockey, who works on the bus, told 3FM that that the bus was a vital tool in raising awareness of the disease:
