Bushy's Beer Tent to get major overhaul for TT 2011

Bushy’s boss Martin Brunnschweiler has opted to introduce a 40ft outdoor stage, which will host all of the live music from now on.

After 14 years of the same format 3FM can reveal that the Bushy’s Beer Tent will be expanding its operation this TT.

Bushy’s boss Martin Brunnschweiler has opted to introduce a 40ft outdoor stage, which will host all of the live music from now on.

For this to be possible the tent will move closer to the Sea Terminal, at the expense of a few parking spaces.

Martin told 3FM that the rival entertainment on the other side of the promenade has forced Bushy's not to rest on their laurels.

Record numbers are expected to the Island this TT as the Mountain Course celebrates its centenary.
