Braddan's rates will go up by 2.8 per cent this year, according to commissioners.
The local authority says its rates will rise from 357 pence in the pound to 367, while the fixed refuse charge will rise from £92 to £122.
The board says it's hoping its budget will strengthen services and improve community facilities.
Chair Neal Mellon says he's pleased to announce the below-inflation rise.
