Peel could be in line for a bowling alley, if a planning application by commissioners is successful.
The board has applied for permission to build a new cafe, bowling clubhouse and an indoor community facility incorporating a club room, function room and indoor bowling lanes.
The application would see the redevelopment of the tennis courts and former skate park on Marine Parade.
The board says the application only seeks approval in principle, with a more detailed application to follow if it's granted.
