Environment, Food and Agriculture Minister Clare Barber failed to defend her Douglas East seat with 543 votes.
Andrew Saunders came first, with 820 votes, while Joney Faragher retained her seat with 682.
Also standing were James Forster with 331 votes, and Dave Mackey who received 632.
