A botanical garden in Santon could get a new meeting room for its visitors, if planners approve new proposals.
The Shuttleworth Botanic Garden on the Old Castletown Road has applied for planning permission to convert former Methodist chapel Lincoln House.
In his application, software tycoon Mark Shuttleworth says he wants to provide a facility for meetings and presentations.
And he adds the new building would be taller, longer and have a new basement under it.
