Why won't government publish the register of Isle of Man-based beneficial ownership?

The Bishop of Sodor and Man wants an explanation - he'll ask why it's not public, and who is likely to benefit from that privacy, in Tynwald.

The 'groundbreaking' information sharing agreement was signed by the Chief Minister and the UK Treasury Financial Secretary in London last week.
