A court's heard a biker was left seriously injured after a van pulled out as she overtook it during TT.
Jack Sayle, of Raad Bridjeen in Peel, denied causing serious bodily harm by driving without due care and attention after the incident on Douglas Road in Peel on May 31 last year.
The 26 year old appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
The court heard the motorcyclist was behind Mr Sayle but as she overtook his van, he's alleged to have pulled out.
The rider suffered a dislocated hip and fractured pelvis after hitting a hedge.
The case was adjourned for a pretrial review on June 16 and Mr Sayle was bailed in the sum of £500.
