Pierre-Yves Bian, Mark Kirkby and Andrew Jackson were the big winners in this afternoons MGP Newcomers races this afternoon.
Bian secured victory in the 'A' race finishing just over 16.5 seconds ahead of Samuel Mousley who posted the fastest pace of the session at 116.19mph.
Meanwhile, Kirkby ran out clear winner in the 'B' race finishing ahead of nearest contender Robert Cairns by over six minutes - with Jackson posting the quickest speed at just shy of 101.6mph and securing first place in the 'C' contest.
Qualifying sessions are the order for the rest of the day for the Senior, Junior, Lightweight and Ultralightweight classes, with roads around the TT course expected to re-open at 4.45pm.
