A parish hall in the South of the Island has opened its doors again for residents.
Arbory Parish Commissioners says Arbory Parish Hall has got back up and running again this week with some of the regular users now able to commence sessions again but other groups are waiting until September to restart.
Meanwhile, the authority says new regulations have been put in place by trustees to ensure good hygiene and, if needs be, social distancing.
They include everyone who visits must use the hand sanitiser provided at the entrance, toilets and kitchens; space for social distancing if requested and any payments must be done electronically.
A register of attendance will also have to be kept by anyone in charge of a group which will document names, dates and contact details of attendees.
Elsewhere, any bookings for parties must be done through the Deputy Clerk, Colin Kniveton, on 824 049 or by e-mailing deputyclerk@arbory.gov.im.
