International law firm Appleby says it's to sue the BBC and Guardian newspaper over the Paradise Papers leak.
The company, which has offices on Athol Street in Douglas, says it'll take legal action claiming both breached confidentiality.
It's demanded to see the six million documents leaked to the outlets by the US-based International Consortium of Investigative Journalists.
Both the BBC and the Guardian say they'll defend the action.
