'All Onchan commissioners guilty of poor conduct', says chair

Are all Onchan commissioners as bad as each other?

That's the question the chair of the local authority asked at its last meeting when the behaviour of members was discussed, amid reports two were holding a personal feud.

The board decided not to name and shame one commissioner who behaved inappropriately towards a member of the public at its meetings.

Chair Zara Lewin said at times all of the members had been guilty of not conducting themselves in the expected manner.
