Campaigners say they're disappointed new abortion laws will be delayed before being discussed by Legislative Council.
This week, MLC Bill Henderson explained a new copy of the bill needed to go before LegCo because so many amendments had been made by MHKs.
The Campaign for Abortion Law Modernisation says it understands the hold-up is purely for practical reasons.
It says it's confident the general public and politicians support reform, and the bill will be passed by Tynwald as soon as possible.
Reform of Isle of Man's current draconian abortion law WILL happen. Everyone knows this and the new law, when it's passed, will #trustwomen #abortionreformbill2018 #prochoice #iom https://t.co/r46phWZ2ix
