A 70-year-old woman has been left significantly injured following a dog attack.
It happened around 7.45pm on Friday of last week in Castletown.
The elderly lady was bitten on the leg by a dark slate coloured Staffie style dog, causing considerable upset aswell as injury.
It happened near to the chip van parked on Victoria Road.
The dog is thought to be called Gina.
