Douglas Council says it has a blacklist of 40 dilapidated buildings in the capital.
At its last meeting, the local authority's environmental services committee considered a report about run-down buildings.
Members heard three properties had been added to the list, while five had been removed after work - leaving a total of 40 still on it.
The council is due to meet from 2.30pm on Wednesday, October 14.
