4-year-old Lola, who lives with a severe heart condition, completes 1km walk for charity

A local 4-year-old girl who has a severe heart condition has completed a 1km walk to raise money for charity.

Lola, who attends Saint Joseph's Nursery and Preschool embarked upon the challenge, alongside her classmates earlier this week.

In a post on social media, the nursey says it's 'unbelievably proud' of Lola and her friends and has thanked everyone who has donated so far.

All funds raised will go to charity Team 1C.

Lola has smashed her original £200 target, raising more than £1,200 so far.
