The Isle of Man Constabulary have confirmed that following investigations into irregularities in the Douglas East Elections 3 people have been charged.
They were charged with offences contrary to the Representation of the People’s Act 1995 and Forgery.
5 people remain on bail at this time.
Those charged will appear in court on 8th March, those on bail will answer that bail next Monday.
