A total of 15 candidates will battle it out or five seats in Tynwald's upper house.
Nominations for Legislative Council elections closed on Friday.
It means MHKs will vote to fill the vacancies on March 12.
The candidates are: Kevin Cartledge, Andrea Chambers, Shirley Corlett, Richard Furner, Andrew Hardy, Marlene Hendy, Tanya Humbles, Dawn Joughin, Juan Kelly, Kate Lord-Brennan, Jane Poole-Wilson, Alistair Ramsay, Kerry Sharpe, John Skinner and Christine Wheeler.
