Unemployment on Island rose last December, according to government figures.
The rate stood at 0.9 per cent, a 0.1 per cent increase compared to the previous month.
109 people moved on to the unemployment register whilst 70 moved of it.
Of those out of work, 71 per cent were men and 29 per cent women.
