The Island's gambling regulator says it's streamlined new regulations that would allow it to take action against individuals as well as companies.
The Gambling Supervision Commission has published its response to a consultation on new rules which would see financial penalties given to individual people who breach money-laundering regulations.
Among the tweaks it's made are itemised penalties where there's more than one breach, and considering whether people give information knowingly or recklessly.
The new legislation is currently awaiting Royal Assent.
