Online payment firm PayPal has announced price hikes for Manx businesses who use its services.
From August 19, those selling from the Isle of Man via PayPal will face a 2.9 per cent fee as well as a 30p fixed charge.
Currently, PayPal's merchant rate is 20p per transaction with a 3.4 per cent fee.
Online commentators predict very small and very large sellers will be better off - but everybody else will face paying more.
