A Manx-based film company says the US Securities and Exchange Commission has cleared it of any wrongdoing after an investigation.
Eros Media World, registered on north Quay in Douglas, says it was accused of inflating revenues, issuing false and misleading financial statements, and carrying out improper related-party transactions.
Eros, a media company that acquires, produces and distributes films, TV shows and digital content, says an internal investigation found no fault.
And it says the SEC's three investigations have now finished, and the organisation won't be facing any further action.
