The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority says Apex Corporate Services has surrendered its licence.
The Athol Street-based company surrendered its licence to provide corporate and trust services on Thursday, September 17.
The licence is no longer in force, meaning the company is no longer authorised by the FSA to provide those services on the Island.
The Apex Group also operates Apex Fund Services here, which remains regulated by the FSA.
