Gov't to sponsor videogames team - X7 Esports

The government's announced it's to sponsor a videogames team.

Digital Isle of Man says it's sponsoring X7 Esports, a Manx team which League of Legends.

The team scored 10 wins from 10 in the game's United Kingdom Esports League Summer Open Qualifiers.

It's the first professional esports organisation on the Island.
